   Vitamin C cocktail against colds

This immune booster juice combines vitamin-rich oranges, kiwi and lemon with the refreshing taste of grapefruit juice. A pinch of ginger and honey give it an additional spicy and sweet note. Perfect for supporting your immune system and giving you a healthy, refreshing start to the day.

Instructions
1. Peel the oranges and cut into pieces.

2. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.

3. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

4. Place the orange pieces, kiwi pieces and lemon juice in a blender.

5. Add the grapefruit juice, honey and a pinch of ginger.

6. Puree all the ingredients in the blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.

7. Add mineral water to dilute the juice to taste.

8. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately
